Terms & Conditions : By accessing or using this website, the user agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Users agree not to engage in any unlawful or prohibited activity on the website.

The website content is provided "as Is" and "as available" with no guarantee of completeness,accuracy, or timeliness.


Allergies: Customers should contact the Florist before ordering if they have any allergies,s the florist can not guarantee that the products are free of allergens.



The florist may offer a guarantee for the lifespan of the flowers, provided they are properly maintained according to the provided guidelines.

Placing An OrderPlacing an order the

If you have a special request or want a unique flower arrangement, I recommend placing your order at least two weeks in advanced. Giving the Florist time to order the flowers, order special items for any special boxes.


After Confirmation of orders in relation to actual payment received we will start working on all orders. To CANCEL a flower order, contact the florist or online service as soon as possible, ideally within 24-48 hours of placing the order and  before the delivery date, to explore options like REFUNDS, Store CREDIT, or RESCHEDULING.

Delivery


Order flowers online up to a week or two in advance of your delivery date. Order ahead for Holidays such as Mother's Day and Valentine's Day. Don't wait until the last minute !

Delivery RESTRICTIONS and Shipping Disclaimers: International shipping ONLY. Delivery to some Charlotte and Gastonia areas. Prohibited ITEMS such as explosives and hazardous materials or items with specific regulations.


Returns & refunds


You You will need to contact the florist within a short time frame ( 24 hrs) of delivery to address any issues. No refunds . Quality issues ONLY (damaged flowers,poor arrangements) and NOT for personal perference  STORE CREDIT.
